What types of products do you sell?

Mistlilac offers a mix of digital and physical products designed to support everyday life.
This includes ebooks, guides, charts, printable tools, Canva-editable templates, and selected physical items.

How do digital products work?

Digital products are delivered electronically.

After purchase, you’ll receive a downloadable file or a link to access your product.
Most editable designs are created in Canva and can be customized using Canva’s free online editor—no software required.

Digital downloads are available immediately or shortly after purchase.

Do you ship physical products?

Yes. Some Mistlilac products are physical items that are made and shipped to you.

At this time, physical products ship within the United States only.

Production usually takes 1–3 business days, followed by standard shipping time.

Can I return or exchange items?

• Digital products: Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable.

• Physical products: If there’s an issue with your order (damage, defect, or delivery problem), please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
