How do digital products work?
Digital Products: Delivered instantly by download after purchase.
After purchase, you’ll receive a downloadable file or a link to access your product.
Most editable Airbnb designs are created in Canva and can be customized using Canva’s free online editor—no software required.
Need your Airbnb Welcome Book personalized? Customization is available upon request for an additional fee. Send us a message through our Contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship physical products?
Yes. Some Mistlilac products are physical items that are made and shipped to you.
At this time, physical products ship within the United States only.
Production typically takes 1–2 business days, followed by standard shipping.
Can I return or exchange items?
Digital products: Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable.
Physical products: If there’s an issue with your order (damage, defect, or delivery problem), please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
