  • All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Once your purchase is complete, you will receive instant access to download your files or a link to access them (for Canva templates or editable documents).

  • Because digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final.

  • If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us — we’re happy to help.

Physical Products

  • Physical items are carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible.

  • Processing time:

  • Most physical orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, then shipped via standard U.S. shipping.

Shipping location:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Returns & Damaged Items (Physical Products Only)

  • If your physical item arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly

  • We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution, such as a replacement or refund when appropriate.

  • Personalized or custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on our part.
