All digital products are delivered electronically.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive instant access to download your files or a link to access them (for Canva templates or editable documents).
Because digital items are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final.

Physical Products
Physical items are carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible.
Processing time:
Most physical orders are prepared within 1–3 business days, then shipped via standard U.S. shipping.
Shipping location:
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Returns & Damaged Items (Physical Products Only)
If your physical item arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly
We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair solution, such as a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Personalized or custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on our part.
